Brean

Before making some comments on the legendary restaurant Brean from just above St Vincent, I should thank the one who brought the place, congratulations to the legendary ELI, good choice (even great) in an enchanting landscape.

premise that I am extremely confident that if you eat all those bugs in this paradise may end up like in "La Grande Bouffe ".... even the lions (ed.) fiercest may be unable to finish the meal in health.

Practically the meal consists of appetizers, main courses and desserts, but inside there are also the second all'antipasto .... great idea .....

All meats that you need to cut them yourself, then you have fun too ....

WINE: I do not remember, I think a barbera ... boh ... I was too busy to eat, however it was very good ....

STARTERS: it starts with a "chunks" of lard or butter with honey ....


continuing with a dozen different sausages and ham ......


continue with sausage and tripe ......


to continue with a second anti-potato-based garlic sauce with red wine and ....


followed by roast pork .....


FIRST: dumplings cooked in beer with cheese,


crepes with mushrooms and tomato, zuppa di farro and chestnut


and polenta .....


CHEESE: cutting board with 12 or more different types of cheese ....


SWEET: main dish of chocolate ice cream with lunch ... HOT cast on me ... my mother ... I am dreaming again tonight .....

THE BEST:

tripe sausage with short, an exceptional dining with a company equally exceptional restaurant .... recommended to all, especially the lions ..... A MAC

Long Sleeves Red Dresses

The Inn of the Two-in-law Jim

This inn and you'll find different opinions, but the only opinion that interests me is mine, then I can only relate what I witnessed and above what they had seen my palate ....

start by saying that the environment is quite a rustic cottage echoes mountain, but when you sit back and open the menu will be surprised by the uniqueness of the kitchen .... obviously ingredients and fresh dishes, accompanied by a really good house wine, in contrast to most of our own restaurants.

The first surprise was the arrival of the appetizer delicacies in-law ...... what to say, magnificent, supreme, abundant, divine quality .... a scary set of meats, accompanied by zucchini and onions. mamma mia ... Boy, I can still dream now .... especially since when do you think is finished, here comes the final touch, pecorino cheese with caramelized apples and another cheese I can not remember the name as it is finished in about 30 nanoseconds accompanied by strawberry jam to pieces ...

Personally, I took as a first, a plate of Piedmontese agnolotti braised with tomato .. the dish was not very abundant, thank goodness after the appetizer because I wanted to die anyway .... trust me enough, and if he says the undersigned .....


second I threw myself upon a magnificent specimen of smoked pork shank with vegetables, but you could opt for sauerkraut or potatoes .... guys this was not knuckle meat, it was a dream ... . I also had the opportunity to taste other dishes which were exceptional and you will see photos ....


especially the chicken in an almond crust and the duck ....




short, a fantastic local managed with sympathy and kindness by a young couple ... Qusta pair is part of a young engineer who gave up her career to devote himself to his hobby, catering. ..... who wants to understand understand ......;)

Oh I forgot, the prices are excellent local ..... so definitely recommended. Reservations required

How Soon Can You Wax After Tattoo



During these summer holidays 2009, I was kindly invited by Charles that the Valtellina. I have to say that expectations have been met by the gastronomic point of view as I will explain shortly.

Local historian since 1908, with large wooden gazebo (200 seats) in the Parco di Villa Visconti Venosta for weddings, receptions and meetings.

The restaurant is cozy and unique. The paper's proposals are designed to meet different needs.


We found a wide range of proposals divided into appetizers, main dishes, pasta dishes, meat, fish, cheese and homemade desserts.

Winery offers a variety of labels Valtellina.

sciatt I could taste of the green and a basket of mushrooms as an appetizer bitto and willing to make the rest of the meal, very tasty and flavorful.

As I ate the first of the fabulous triangles filled with buckwheat flour bitto and served with diced mushrooms, the best dish ever!

The second we were on the classic fillet with porcini mushrooms, just to not lose the taste! (The only photo footage, because the famine prevailed).


The final was a panna cotta with orange cream remarkable for the skilful combination. It is watered

with all of the Valtellina Superiore "Cat", I would say at least obvious and appropriate approach.

coffee and why not a Braulio Reserve to tear a round of applause to the friendly hosts for the choice and the chef to prepare!
