very pleasant environment in which we find an open kitchen, one of few if not a few restaurants to get it, this detail that surprises me and I reward quality the service that turns out to be the. Just as top-level appears to be the menu: there are many typical dishes of Milan and in fact we have a dozen different proposals in order to enjoy the legendary "elephant ears"
.... I have decided , as a traditionalist and a lover of my native cuisine, as well as classic with roast potatoes with rosemary. All accompanied by a glass of red. Obviously, the menu consists of lots of other dishes that we're gonna have to test between lions .... In short, a restaurant very nice and different from other proposals in the square in Vigevano. Recommended to all lovers of good food and meat.

The White Horse Inn From
In this case we speak of the White Horse Restaurant in that of Novara. A very well run restaurant with excellent cuisine typical Piedmont and beyond. As usual companions of the mythical adventure "colleagues" and, therefore, is not jumping on a light wine to light as not to give too much rein to the confused, then take a nice Grignolino ....
decide to use an alternative approach to maintain enough room for Christmas dinner, so we focus on two appetizers, the antipasto of the house type consists of a selected range of sausages accompanied by a delicate but tasty cheese, peppers and anchovies and mushrooms .... and for us not to miss nothing Russian salad (very different from the "real" eastern countries but very well done). To complete the starters decided to rush up a smoked goose breast is exceptional.
Sorry if the pictures are blurry but the Grignolino was heard on an empty stomach ......
Turning to the first, gnocchi?? I do not remember ... cmq ..... and very good tagliatelle with ragu of wild boar ....
For the latter, we give up a stew with polenta accompanied by mashed potatoes and pumpkin in the oven to follow with a cut to swoon .... Blackangus from exceptional ...
Finally .... the sweet cream and chocolate and hazelnut cake, again, exceptional ...
As you can see photos of the cakes are sharper .... grignolino evaporate from the veins was .... In conclusion, the restaurant
absolutely recommended with prices in the media .... Reservations recommended. A MAC
