We tasted:
salami, asparagus and potato frittata, hash brown rice, boiled egg with mayonnaise.
Risotto with Taleggio cheese and pepper, saffron risotto and sausage, rice with peppers, farro salad with vegetables and mix the vegetables half pens. If required, even repeating each serving, devastating!
sorbet to recover from the heat and digestion. Dolce
made pannacotta with berry sauce and soft chocolate cake and nuts.
